The Office of Governor Brad Henry offers an unpaid internship program. Interns have the opportunity to become acquainted with the political process and work in a state agency while serving the people of Oklahoma. They will aid various staff members in a variety of tasks and projects. They will have the opportunity to respond to inquiries and requests from constituents, open and sort mail, answer phones, greet visitors to the office, copy documents and work on various special projects. Interns must possess good communication skills and be able to work independently.
Internships are available throughout the year. College credit for internships must be arranged by the intern through their college.
